Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms apply to Docent (docent-kohl.vercel.app), operated by Garima Pahwa in India. By using Docent you agree to them.
What Docent does
Docent explains Solana blockchain transactions in plain English, with step-by-step breakdowns, narrated videos, market price comparisons and safety checks on transactions before you sign them. Docent only reads public blockchain data and does dry runs (simulations). It never holds your funds, never asks for your wallet keys and can't sign or send transactions for you.
Not financial advice
Docent is an educational tool. Explanations, price comparisons and safety warnings are provided as is and may be incomplete or wrong. They aren't financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A dry run shows what a transaction would do at that moment; the result can change before you sign. Always make your own decisions, and never sign a transaction you don't trust.
Accounts
- Checking transactions requires a free account (sign in with Google or email).
- Each account includes 2 free transaction checks. Shared links, wallet lists and demos are free without an account.
- One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get more free checks isn't allowed.
- You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Membership
- The Docent membership costs ₹99, paid once, and gives unlimited transaction checks.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as Docent operates. It isn't a subscription and never renews or charges again.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Docent never sees your card, UPI or bank details.
- Delivery is digital and instant: the membership is activated on your account as soon as the payment succeeds. Nothing is shipped.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Docent: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to bypass the free-check limit or payment, and no use that breaks the law or harms others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Docent running and accurate, but can't guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may change features or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Docent means you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Docent isn't liable for losses from decisions you make using it, including signing or not signing a transaction. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
